2.2 Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect certain information when you use our service:
- Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)

- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
Note: The above data collection applies ONLY to our main 9x12 CRM web platform. Our Chrome extension does NOT collect any data (see Chrome Extension section below).
2.3 Gmail Integration (Optional)
If you choose to connect your Gmail account to our Service, we will request access to:
- Gmail Send Permission (`gmail.send`): Allows us to send emails on your behalf through your Gmail account when you use our email marketing features.
- Gmail Read Permission (`gmail.readonly`): Allows us to read your email messages and settings to provide email functionality within the CRM.
- Basic Profile Information (`userinfo.email`, `userinfo.profile`): Your email address and basic profile information from your Google account.
How We Use Gmail Data:
- We use Gmail access tokens to send emails to your contacts and clients through your connected Gmail account.
- We may read email metadata (subject, sender, date) to help you manage communications within the CRM.
- We store encrypted access tokens and refresh tokens securely in our database to maintain your Gmail connection.
- We do NOT store the content of your emails, email attachments, or your email password.
Your Control:
- Gmail integration is completely optional. You can use our Service without connecting your Gmail account.
- You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time through your account settings.
- When you disconnect, we immediately revoke access and delete stored tokens.
Data Storage:
- Gmail access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our secure database.
- Tokens are only used to send emails on your behalf when you explicitly request to send emails through the Service.
- We do not access your Gmail account for any purpose other than sending emails you initiate through our platform.
3. Chrome Extension - 9x12 CRM - EDDM Table Copier
3.1 Chrome Extension Data Collection
Our Chrome extension does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
The Chrome extension operates entirely locally on your device. All data processing happens in your browser:
- No data is collected: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, browsing data, or usage statistics through the extension.
- No external servers: The extension does not communicate with any external servers or third-party services.

- No user accounts: The extension does not require or create user accounts.
- No data storage: No information is saved to your device or transmitted anywhere.
3.2 Chrome Extension Permissions
The Chrome extension requires the following permissions:
- clipboardWrite: Allows the extension to copy EDDM route table data to your clipboard. This permission is necessary for the core functionality of copying data. The extension only writes data that you explicitly request to copy via the extension's interface.
- Host Permission (https://eddm.usps.com/): Allows the extension to run only on the USPS EDDM website where it provides its functionality. The extension does not access any other websites or domains.
3.3 How the Chrome Extension Works
The Chrome extension:
- Only activates on the USPS EDDM select-routes page (https://eddm.usps.com/eddm/select-routes.htm)
- Reads table data directly from the webpage you are viewing
- Formats the data and copies it to your clipboard when you click the copy buttons
- All processing happens locally in your browser
- No data leaves your device
In simple terms: The Chrome extension works entirely on your computer. It reads data from the USPS EDDM page you're viewing, formats it, and copies it to your clipboard when you click a button. We don't see, collect, store, or transmit any of your data.
